سنجش اثربخشی نقش‏ گذاری روانی بر کاهش پرخاشگری کودکان (استفاده از نقش ‏گذاری روانی به جای سازوکارهای کلاسیک مجازات رفتارهای خشونت‏ آمیز)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش اثربخشی روش درمانی روان‏ نمایشگری بر پرخاشگری کودکان پرخاشگر انجام شد. بدین منظور از میان مدارس شهرستان بابلسر یک مدرسه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد و دانش‏ آموزان با پرسش‌نامه پرخاشگری نلسون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و تعداد 12 نفر از افرادی که در پرسش‌نامه پرخاشگری نمرات بالایی دریافت کردند، به عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (شش نفر) و آزمایش (شش نفر) گمارده شدند. نمرات کسب‌شده از پرسش‌نامه‌ها به عنوان نمرات پیش‌آزمون در نظر گرفته شد. در مرحله بعد گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه آموزش گروهی به صورت هفته‌ای 5/1 ساعت تحت مداخلة روش درمانی روان‌نمایشگری قرار گرفتند. این در حالی بود که افراد گروه کنترل، هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. در پایان مداخله از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد و بعد از دو ماه هر دو گروه، پی‌گیری شدند. در نهایت داده‌های به دست‌آمده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس یک‌طرفه (ANCOVA)، مورد ارزیابی آماری قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که نقش‌گذاری روانی بر کاهش میزان پرخاشگری کلی، ناکامی، پرخاشگری بدنی، روابط با همسالان و روابط با مراجع قدرت مؤثر بوده است. بر طبق یافته‌ها پیشنهاد می‌گردد که درمان‏های روان‌نمایشگری می‌تواند به عنوان مداخله مؤثر در کاهش خشونت و پرخاشگری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد به گونه ‏ای که مراجع قضایی می‏توانند از این شیوه درمانی به عنوان مجازات نوجوانانی که متهم به خشم و خشونت و پرخاشگری هستند، استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to assessing the effectiveness of psychodrama on decreasing aggression of children. For this purpose, one school was selected randomly from schools in Babolsar and students were assessed by Nelson's aggression questionnaire. Twelve people who received high scores in an aggressive questionnaire were selected as the subjects and randomly they were divided into two groups control groups (n=6) and experimental (n=6). The scores obtained from the questionnaires were considered as pre-test scores. In the next stage, the experimental group participated in the 12 sessions of group training in the form of a weekly 1.5 hour interventional psychotherapy treatment. This was while the control group did not receive any interventions. At the end of the intervention, both groups were subjected to post-test and after 2 months, both groups were followed up. Finally, the data were analyzed using one-way covariance analysis (ANCOVA). The results showed that psychological role has been effective in reducing overall aggression, failure, physical aggression, relationships with peers and relationships with authority authorities. Based on the findings, it is suggested that psychoanalytic treatments can be used as an effective intervention in reducing violence and aggression, so that the judicial authorities can use this treatment as the punishment of teenagers who are accused of anger and violence and aggression.
