The Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology has been published twice a year in 2013 with scientific-research credentials.

Using the cooperation of leading researchers, professors, lawyers, judges and students of higher education courses in criminal law and criminology in Iran and abroad, this magazine seeks to present new scientific findings from Iran and other countries. From research, research projects, dissertations and dissertations, academic research and studies of national and international organizations, conferences and other research, whether fundamental, applied, analytical, critical, book criticism, development, or theory presentation Or a new theory or method in solving problems and developing the science of criminal law and grit Osey, who possesses both originality and devotion, pursues the pursuit of the scientific boundaries of the two disciplines with the aim of making the criminal system more efficient in order and order and justice and peace.
This journal is cited by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, No. 52389/18/3, 2013/04/16; in the session dated 04/04/2014, the National Scientific Publications Commission is recognized as a Scientific-Research Foundation and is cited in the Science Citation Database. The Islamic World (ISC) and the Noormags are indexed.

So far, 14 issues of this magazine have been published. It is published in print and electronic.

All articles published in Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License 4.0 which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

 

Definition of Open Access Publication from Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing: An Open Access Publication is one that meets the following two conditions:

  • The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship [2], as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.
  • A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving (for the biomedical sciences, PubMed Central is such a repository).
