Among the various perspectives that have been born from the study of the neglect of women in criminological studies, the criminology of postmodern feminism is an approach that pays attention to the more general structures from the perspective of a critical perspective instead of questioning the causes of delinquency or victimization of women, and considers this situation to be the result of the language of the criminal law, which produces more and more dominance of men in society and considers women as the other. It takes into account. This article seeks to show how Derrida's ideas can be used to create a framework for the study of this criminology. Based on the results of this research, Jacques Derrida's views, especially the basis of his thought, which is the shaking of the body of Western metaphysics and essentialism, and his observation of everything as a text and his emphasis on the creation of meaningfulness of language, can serve as a window for the criminology of postmodern feminism in order to study and examine the position of women in law and societyThis criminology, by using Derrida's thought on how to create meaning in language and focusing its attention on women as an omitted category, can lead to the displacement of the position of women and men in the dominant language in general and the legal discourse in particular, and weaken the male dominance of the language in favor of women's voices being heard.
