This study aimed to examine and a Criminological Analysis of Premeditated Murder in the Counties of Ramhormoz and Baghmalek, but the study was designed as a cross-sectional, library-based research, and the analysis was conducted using secondary sources, including books, scientific articles, and official reports. No direct interviews or field observations were performed, which imposes limitations on the study’s validity and the generalizability of the findings. The results indicate that family and tribal conflicts, economic inequalities, poverty, and unemployment are among the most important social and economic factors contributing to intentional homicides. Additionally, cultural traditions and beliefs that accept violence as an acceptable solution exacerbate these crimes, while psychological factors such as stress and mental disorders play a significant role in violent behaviors. Statistical findings show that most intentional homicides in these areas stemmed from tribal and family disputes, with firearms being the most commonly used weapons, and the majority of victims and perpetrators were aged 20 to 40. The study suggests that strengthening social and family institutions, improving economic conditions, increasing employment opportunities, providing counseling and psychological services, and promoting a culture of peace and dialogue can help reduce intentional homicides. Furthermore, attention to the cultural and social roots of these crimes and comprehensive planning to reform social and economic structures is of critical importance.
